B2BMatchfinder search and find matches by economic classification is easy to use.
- First, go to "Click-to-Find" and choose a category for your search.
- There are five main categories ("Products and Services Classification", "Industrial and Economic Classification", "Foreign Trade Terminologies", "Technical Terminologies", "Countries and Geography"). Click on one of them to start building your query.
- The system will provide you with a list of search terms for the category you chose. Some search terms have sub-categories. These will have arrows next to the terms. Keep clicking on the arrows till you find the exact term you want to search, then click on the term. The word or phrase will appear in the search box at the top of the page.
- You can also click on multiple search terms to make your search more detailed. Choose more words from other categories if you need to refine your query. Every time you click on a search word or phrase, it will appear in the search box, so you can target your search more accurately.
- When you are finished selecting your search terms, click the "Search" button at the top of the page. You will be able to choose a search engine (Google, Yahoo, or MSN) to run the search.
- A new browser tab or window will open with your search results. You can then click on the results to see if they are relevant. After you finish your search, close the results tab or window to go back to B2BMatchfinder.
- To find other users in the same economic classification as you (business matches), click on "Matchmaking".
- If you want to search again, go back to the "Click-to-Find" search window. Every time you want to do a new search, you must click on Clear and start over.
